Good plates, slow shipping

I bought some Snap by R&B Speiseteller. The plates themselves are solid, good quality for the price. They feel durable and look nice on the table. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected. It was about 8 days to get to me in Texas, which felt a little slow compared to other online stores. Packaging was excellent, though, everything arrived intact. I'd probably buy from here again if I wasn't in a rush.

Detailed review of dinnerware purchase

I placed an order for a full Ritzenhoff & Breker Kombiservice which included dinner plates, side plates, bowls, and mugs. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I found the product easily and the checkout was smooth. I paid with PayPal. Shipping took 7 calendar days to arrive at my address in California, which is acceptable for an international delivery. The packaging was exceptional; each piece was individually wrapped and cushioned, and the box itself was sturdy, preventing any breakage or chips during transit. All 18 pieces arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the porcelain is exactly as described, solid and well-finished. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that aspect. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and the delivery experience. The product met my expectations for a durable and aesthetically pleasing dinnerware set.

Love my new glasses!

I just got the Ritzenhoff & Breker Weingläser and they are perfect! They arrived super fast and were packed so carefully. I was a little worried about ordering glass online, but Einfach Online did a great job. They look beautiful on my table, very classy. I'm definitely going to buy more items from them soon!

Nice dinnerware set

I ordered a Ritzenhoff & Breker Geschirr-Set a few weeks ago for a housewarming gift. It got here pretty fast, like, five days to reach Ohio. Everything was packed super well, no chips or anything broken. My friends loved it, which was the main thing. Good experience overall.

Got a good deal

I was looking for some new Kaffeetassen and spotted a Sale Prozente on some Flirt by R&B cups. The price was really good compared to other places I checked. It felt like a solid value for my money. Shipping was standard, about a week, and everything came without a scratch. Happy with my purchase.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third time ordering from Einfach Online, and they're just reliable. I needed some extra Via by R&B Suppenteller to complete my set, and as always, the quality was exactly what I expected. My previous orders for Kaffeetassen and a Servierplatte also arrived perfectly. They always pack things really securely, which is a big deal when you're buying porcelain. The delivery time is pretty consistent too, usually within a week. It's why I keep coming back for my Ritzenhoff & Breker stuff.
